Privacy policy

What we collect

• Funding request: the information you submit on our pre-qualify form — your name, business name, email, phone, industry, monthly revenue, time in business, amount requested, and (optionally) your use of funds and timing — plus the page you submitted from and a timestamp.
• Contact form: the name, email, subject, and message you submit so we can reply.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, referrers, approximate location). IP addresses are processed by Google per their policies; we do not see them.

How we use and share funding requests

• Why: to evaluate your request and connect you with one or more independent third-party funding partners who can contact you about options. Those partners make all underwriting and funding decisions on their own terms.
• Sharing: your request may be shared with relevant funding partners so they can reach out about funding. It is never sold to data brokers and never shared for unrelated marketing.
• Deletion: email us from the address you submitted (via the contact page) and we will delete your request, and confirm, within 30 days. If it was already shared with a partner, we will tell you which one so you can exercise your rights with them too.

Contact consent (TCPA)

By submitting a funding request and checking the consent box, you agree that ServiceWindow Capital and its funding partners may contact you by phone, text message, and email — including by automated dialing system or prerecorded message — at the phone number and email you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or financing, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data, run third-party ad networks, or require accounts. Our guides and informational pages all work without collecting anything.

Your choices

Unsubscribe via any email's footer link, block analytics with standard browser tooling, or request deletion of your funding request or contact records via the contact page. Requests are honored within 30 days.
